What is Autobrella?
Autobrella is a compact windshield sunshade designed to open and close like an umbrella. Its pole-free rope-and-ring design makes it easier to position, remove, and store without a bulky handle getting in the way.
How does Autobrella work?
Open Autobrella inside your vehicle, position it against the windshield, and lower both sun visors to help hold it securely in place.
When you are ready to drive, raise the visors, collapse the shade, and store it in its included sleeve.
How do I install it?
- Sit in the driver’s or passenger’s seat.
- Open Autobrella toward the windshield.
- Position the shade so it covers as much glass as possible.
- Lower both sun visors to secure it.
- Make sure the shade is stable before leaving your vehicle.
What makes Autobrella different from traditional umbrella sunshades?
Traditional umbrella-style shades often have a long center pole or rigid handle that can interfere with dashboards, screens, gear selectors, or center consoles.
Autobrella uses a compact rope-and-ring design instead, giving you the convenience of an umbrella-style shade without the bulky center handle.
Will it fit my vehicle?
Autobrella is designed to fit many common cars, sedans, crossovers, and SUVs. Windshield dimensions and interior layouts vary, so please review the product measurements before ordering.
A slight gap around the edges may occur depending on the shape of your windshield.
Will it completely block all sunlight?
Autobrella is designed to cover most of your front windshield and reduce direct sunlight entering through it. Small gaps may remain around mirrors, sensors, cameras, or unusually shaped windshield edges.
Does it keep my car completely cool?
No windshield shade can prevent all heat buildup inside a parked vehicle. Autobrella helps reduce direct sunlight on your dashboard, steering wheel, seats, and interior surfaces, making your vehicle more comfortable when you return.
Never leave children, pets, medication, or heat-sensitive items inside a parked vehicle.
Does Autobrella protect against UV exposure?
Autobrella helps shield your interior from direct sunlight through the windshield. This may help reduce sun-related fading, cracking, and surface deterioration over time.
Can I use it while driving?
No. Autobrella must be completely removed and safely stored before driving.
Never use the product in a way that obstructs your view or interferes with your ability to operate the vehicle.
Will it damage my dashboard or screen?
Autobrella is designed without a bulky center pole to reduce contact with dashboard surfaces and screens. However, always open, position, and remove it carefully.
Autobrella is not responsible for damage caused by improper use, forceful installation, or contact with fragile interior components.
How do I fold it?
Release the shade, allow the frame to collapse, gather the material carefully, and place it inside the storage sleeve.
Avoid forcing or bending the frame in the opposite direction.
What comes with my order?
Each order includes:

How should I clean it?
Wipe the surface gently with a soft, damp cloth and allow it to air-dry completely before storing.
Do not machine wash, tumble dry, iron, bleach, or use harsh cleaning chemicals.
Can I leave it inside a hot vehicle?
Autobrella is designed for normal vehicle use and storage. For the longest product life, keep it inside its sleeve and avoid leaving it crushed beneath heavy objects.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are generally processed within [1–3 business days].

Can I change or cancel my order?
